Q: Does the hotel have parking available onsite?
A : Yes, we offer valet parking for $59 USD daily with in-and-out privileges.

Q: Is the hotel pet-friendly?
A: Yes, we are pet-friendly. Pet Policy: $100 USD non-refundable deep cleaning fee, $25 USD non-refundable pet fee per day.

Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: Yes. When you check out you may pay for your final hotel bill with cash (exact change only), credit, or debit card. However, at the time of check-in, you must provide a working credit or debit card which will be temporarily be authorized for your entire stay plus an extra temporary hold for incidentals which is equal to $200 above your room and tax total.

Q:  Does the hotel provide an airport shuttle?
A: No, taxis are readily available at the area airports, and Uber/Lyft are active in the DC region. The hotel is also a 2-block walk from the nearest Metro station (Metro Center) which provides direct access to Regan National Airport (DCA) via the Blue Line.

Q: Can I check-in early?
A: While we cannot guarantee an early arrival before our 4 pm check-in time, if a room is ready upon your arrival, we will get you checked in. If not, we can hold your luggage and contact you when one becomes ready.

Q: Does the hotel have a fitness center?
A: Yes, our fitness center is currently open 24/7.

Q: Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
A: No, unfortunately, we do not have a swimming pool.

Q: Is there a hotel restaurant?
A: Yes, we have multiple dining outlets included VUE, the Lobby Bar, and the Patio. Please visit our dining page to make reservations and for hours of operations.

Q: Does the hotel have outdoor dining options?
A: Yes, The Patio restaurant is an outdoor dining outlet during the open season (spring - fall.)

Q: How old must I be to make a reservation or check-in?
A: You must be 21 years of age to check-in with a valid method of payment and photo ID.

Q: Is there an ATM at the hotel?
A: Yes, the ATM is located near the hotel entrance.

Q: Does the hotel offer complimentary WIFI?
A: Yes, the hotel offers complimentary WIFI for guests.

Q: What time can I check-in? What time is check-out?
A: Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is by 12 noon.

A: No, you do not need proof of a COVID-19 vaccination to check-in.

A: During the COVID-19 pandemic we have heightened our cleaning and hygiene procedures to an even higher standard. Our team has increased the cleaning of high-touch areas with frequent sanitizing of all areas with EPA-approved disinfectants, masks are worn by all associates.
